Refund & Return policy

At His Vogue, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Certain items, such as personalized products, earrings (for hygiene reasons), or clearance items, are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or replacement item, we are happy to process an exchange (subject to availability).

Exchanges must meet the same return conditions as above.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

6. Late or Missing Refunds
